Why does my device show offline in the app?Updated 12 days ago

If your device shows offline after being added:

  1. Check the Wi-Fi network
    Ensure the Wi-Fi connected to the machine is working properly.

  2. Update firmware/app

    • Make sure you're using the latest version of the app.

    • Update the device firmware to the latest version.

  3. Restart the device
    Rebooting can help restore the connection if the network is unstable.

If the device remains offline, please check your router signal and try reconnecting the device.
