Why can’t the app find my device?Updated 19 hours ago

If the app cannot detect your device during binding, please check the following:

  1. Reset the device
    Go to Settings → Reset on your device.

  2. Enable required permissions

    • Ensure Bluetooth on your phone is turned on.

    • Make sure the App Location Permission is enabled.

  3. Check the distance
    Keep your phone close to the machine during the initial detection process.

If the device still does not appear, try restarting the app and rebooting the machine before attempting again.
