Why isn’t my machine cooling properly?Updated 12 days ago
If your machine cannot bring the temperature down, or cooling feels unusually slow, try the steps below before contacting support.
1.Update your firmware
Make sure your brewer is running the latest firmware.
Cooling performance relies on updated temperature-control logic, and newer versions improve compressor stability.
2.Restart cooling and allow time to stabilize
End the current program, wait a few seconds, then restart Cool Mode.
After restarting, keep the machine closed and allow up to 4 hours for the temperature to drop.
Cooling may take longer if the keg liquid is warm, the machine was recently moved, or the room temperature is high.
