Why isn’t beer coming out?Updated 2 hours ago
If no beer is dispensing from your iGulu machine, it’s usually caused by a pressure, valve, or tube connection issue. Follow the steps below to check each possible cause.
1. Check the keg pressure
Swipe left on the machine screen to check the pressure inside the keg.
If pressure is too low, beer may not dispense.
Make sure fermentation has completed and the machine is in Cooling Mode.
2. Make sure the CO₂ system is turned on (S1 only)
If you are using external CO₂ on an S1 machine:
Ensure the CO₂ adapter valve at the back of the machine is fully open
Confirm the CO₂ cylinder valve is turned on
Note: If you are using Air Pump Mode, external CO₂ should not be connected.
3. Check the white clamp valve on the dispensing tube
Open the machine lid and check the white clamp valve on the dispensing tube.
The clamp must be in the open position
A closed clamp will completely block beer flow
4. Check the internal beer tube inside the keg
Remove the keg lid and inspect the vertical beer tube inside the keg.
Make sure the tube is securely connected
A disconnected or loose tube will prevent beer from dispensing
5. Confirm your firmware is up to date
Outdated firmware may affect dispensing behavior.
Open the iGulu app
Check for available firmware updates
Update the device if needed
