We recommend checking inside your machine’s packaging box first, as brew kits are often packed inside the machine.

If any items are still missing after a thorough check, please contact us at [email protected] so we can verify your order and arrange a replacement shipment from our warehouse.

Please note that some accessories or additional items may still be in production and may be shipped separately in a later batch once they become available.
