While iGulu is proud to provide complete support for warrantied repairs, some situations are not covered under the warranty.

❌ Not covered

• Damages, failures, or costs caused by:

  • Unauthorized repairs or self-repair

  • Improper operation or misuse

  • Non-iGulu accessories or modified components

❌ Consumable parts not covered

Consumable or regularly replaced parts are excluded from warranty, including:

• Dispensing couplers (AT/AS)

• Dispensing tubes

• Spouts

• Drip trays

If your issue involves consumable items, our team can advise on purchasing replacements.
