Step 1：Open the App on your device. Tap the "Register" button on the main screen and select Email or Phone Number.

Step 2：Select your region, enter your email address (or phone number), check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, and tap "Send Code."

Step 3：Enter the verification code.
Step 4：Create a secure password (8–20 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).
Step 5：Tap "OK" to complete your registration.

Note: The verification code is valid for 5 minutes. If it expires, please request a new one.

Can’t receive the verification code?

Check your spam or junk email folder.
Ensure there are no typos in your email address or phone number.
Wait 60 seconds, then tap "Retry."
Try switching your network connection (WiFi/4G/5G).
For urgent assistance, please contact customer service at [email protected] to check your account status.

Prompt: "Email/Phone number already registered?"

You may have already successfully registered. Please try recovering your account using the "Forgot Password" option.
If the issue persists, uninstall the current app, download the latest version, and try logging in again.

Unable to log in – "Incorrect password" message displayed?

Click "Forgot Password" to reset your password using a verification code.
When copying and pasting your password, please ensure there are no extra spaces.
