Note:
The CO₂ Adapter is required only for S1 users. The F1 model already includes a built-in CO₂ connection system and does not require an external adapter.

The CO₂ Adapter connects a threaded CO₂ cylinder to the keg lid, allowing controlled gas flow during tasting and dispensing.

Key points:

• Must remain closed during fermentation

• Open only when dispensing or sampling

• Ensures stable carbonation and smooth pouring

The three-way CO₂ adapter originally provided for S1 Kickstarter backers is no longer produced or supplied.
If you need to connect external CO₂ for serving, the S1 can use the following alternatives:

• Mini CO₂ Regulator + 16g Cartridge

A mini regulator can be attached directly to a 16g threaded CO₂ cartridge.
Each cartridge typically serves one keg.

• Single-Head CO₂ Adapter + Soda-Machine Cylinder

The S1 is also compatible with a single-head CO₂ adapter paired with screw-in style CO₂ cylinders (similar to SodaStream-type cylinders).
